There will be a plenary session in the workshop implementation. One keynote speakers will deliver a speech which highlights the necessity of the workshop event and the current issues of the adopted theme and sub themes. Each participant who presents the paper will be asked to explain his/her paper for 10 minutes presentation, followed by another 5 minutes discussion. Each session will be lead by a moderator prepared by the committee.

All speakers should plan on arriving at the room in which their talks are scheduled 15 minutes before the start of the session. A student volunteer will be present to help load presentations on the laptop before the session begins.

A 5 minutes period between talks allows for questions, discussion, and introduction of the next speaker. This 5 minutes period belongs to the audience, not to the speaker, and is managed by the session moderator. Time limits will be strictly enforced by session moderators.
